Pure Little Hearts will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information. In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. Terms and Conditions

Please note that you, the client is solely responsible for creating and implementing your own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching, mentoring, cacao ceremony relationship. As such, you agree that the Coach/Mentor/Cacao facilitator aka as the integrated facilitator is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the integrated facilitator. You the client understands coaching/mentoring/cacao ceremonies are not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

The information in the online courses/group sessions/website is intended to be general in nature and is not personal healthy and wellness advice. It does not take into your objectives, medical situations or needs. Besides acting on any information, ou should consider the appropriateness of the information provided and the nature of your own health care needs. In particular you should seek independent medical advice before making any lifestyle changes.

You acknowledge that you have consulted a professional and can consume cacao and do not hold Positively Impacting People Pty Ltd T/A Pure Little hearts and all facilitators and employees of said company responsible for any health complications as a result of ingesting this plant medicine.

There is to be no ecstatic dance, excessive exercise or deep breath work to be undertaken during or shortly after consuming this Hawaiian cacao, to do so is at your own risk and you hereby release Positively Impacting People Pty Ltd T/A Pure Little hearts and all facilitators and employees of said company of any responsibility of health complications if health advice is ignored.

You acknowledge that when you enter the private property of Taryn Holman to attend a Connected Hearts Circle in person or online, that you waive all rights to proceed with legal action for any accidents that are caused on the said property and as a result of attending. By ticking that you agree to the terms and conditions you are entering into a legal contract between the organiser(s) of the connected hearts circle and yourself. You are acknowledging that you’re aware of inherent risks you undertake when taking part in the hot and cold therapy, the breath work and consuming cacao. Further to this, you also agree that the service provider won’t be held responsible for any injuries that occur in the course of any of the activities.

You acknowledge that coaching/mentoring/facilitating cacao ceremonies does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American/Australian Psychiatric Association and that coaching/mentoring/facilitating cacao ceremonies are not to be used as a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals and that it is your exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed. If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that the you promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the services you would like to use and discuss the relationship agreed upon by you and the Pure Little Hearts team.

CONNECTING HEARTS CIRCLE

You acknowledge that sacred ceremonial cacao is prepared in such a way that the properties of it alone increases blood flow and blood flow to the brain. Along with this and the meditations and healing offered in ceremony, you can greatly expand the energy of the heart centre for deeper awareness, healing, joy and creativity. We ask that if you have high blood pressure, heart issues, allergic to chocolate, are pregnant, or prone to severe anxiety, are on antidepressants or any other medication that you consult a doctor before attending.

Cacao also has a small amount of caffeine and therefore please be aware if you have a sensitivity to caffeine.

Having purchased a ticket for a cacao ceremony tickets are non refundable, but are transferable to another person for the same ceremony if you are unexpectedly unavailable. They will just need to read and agree to the same terms and conditions and seek the necessary medical advice.
