Addicted to yoga and the gym, which keeps her fit and centred. LOVES the beach, nearly as much as the rainforest. Obsessed with helping you to improve your emotional health, connect to your heart space and design your dream life, while you raise confident and resilient kids. Also obsessed with her incredible girls and her hot surfy husband. Her two beautiful girls have been her greatest teachers in life and she has 9 gorgeous nieces to complete the girl gang.

Loves to cook and entertain.

Could spend days drawing. Always has her arms open for any baby she can hug. Girls rule in her world, with her husband and 3 sons being outnumbered by 3 daughters and 6 granddaughters. It certainly is petticoat junction at her place, where she lives with 2 of her grandchildren and is the most hands on grandmother you will ever witness! She is the creator and illustrator of Brave Rose and is the picture perfect role model for parenting, with over 40 years experience.

In heaven camping by the river.

Loves fishing and water skiing. Motorbike riding and horse riding are a few of her favourite things in life. Lucky she has 3 boys that share her passion. She is just a girl from the bush that loves the 100 acres she lives on and will continue to help people in her Mother’s honour. It is her driving force to help Mums everywhere share the beautiful, unbreakable bond that her and her Mother were able to share.
